Who We Are ?

Thrifted is a student-led, non-profit fashion initiative dedicated to transforming used clothing into one-of-a-kind pieces. We take donated clothes and transform them into new fashion items such as t-shirts, pants, ties, bow ties, key chains, bookmarks, bags, and other creative pieces. Each item is carefully designed and created by two main designers: Jennie Jung and Nina Dinh. Each piece is made with precision and care. Nina Dinh grew up surrounded by fashion through her mother’s work in the industry. With experience in sewing and tailoring for herself and friends, she brings skill and attention to detail to every piece she designs. Jennie Jung has always loved fashion, influenced by her mom. She grew up loving art, especially drawing and painting, and naturally developed her passion for designing. She enjoys sketching her own designs and bringing them to life.

Our logistics and finances are operated by Thu Hoang and Minh Vo. We will be in charge of managing funding for the project, operating the website, as well as keeping records of donations and orders.

All profits from our sales are donated to two main charities: Fashion Revolution Vietnam and Tro Chuyen Hanoi (@trochuyenhanoi on Instagram) . Through the charities of our choice, every purchase contributes to both environmental sustainability and community support.
